Meet Eugenia
(also known as Eu) 

Hi, I'm Eugenia, but I prefer you call me Eu. 

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and have lived in Connecticut, Boston, New York City and London. I love popcorn, puzzles, reading, ramen, hiking, and snowboarding.

 

I'm a strategic Organizational Development professional with experience in revenue generating roles. I'm skilled at partnering with senior leaders to develop high performing teams, coaching individuals through career challenges, managing the recruiting cycle, and designing and delivering L&D programs to a global workforce.

 

I received a bachelor's in Psychology from Boston College and a master's in Organizational Psycholgoy from City, University of London. During the master's I had the opportunity to conduct quantitative research on employee engagement, take on coaching clients, and become certified in administering psychometric tests. I also had the priviledge of being a Guest Lecturer and teaching the L&D course to the new cohort of Organizational Psychology graduate students at City, University of London. 

 

Previous to my master's I worked in learning and development at a Fortune 500 company in New York City. In this role I partnered with senior executives across the organization to identify competency gaps and create customized learning solutions. As a result I crafted and delivered workshops to hundreds of employees around the world.

Currently, I'm a Global Facilitator at Stryker for their leadership development programs. In this role I'm able to support leaders around the world in their journey to become more impactful leaders.
